Popular Radio Station Selects Three Generations As Book-Of-The-Month...

Eyes glistened, cheeks glowed, and smiles were as broad as Cheshire cats, when grandmother Celia Ford age 75, daughter Theresa Allen 50, and granddaughter Pamela Simonson 25 heard the announcement that their new book, Pearls of Wisdom From Three Generations, was selected as the featured Book-of-the-Month by Washington, DCÂ?s popular Christian radio station Heaven 1580am. Book Bytes, a new segment, hosted by on-air-personality and producer, Marsha Sumner, featured the best seller in January 2004, where listeners heard excerpts, highlights from the book, and a live interview with the trio for the entire month.

Â?I keep this book with me everywhere I go now,Â? stated Sumner, who featured Pearls on her new Book Bytes segment during her long-running Celestial Break program aired 12:00pm to 4:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Â?I read their uplifting words every dayÂ?, she concluded.

Exactly twenty-five years apart, which was one motivating reason why they wrote the book, Ford, Allen, and Simonson include inspirational sayings, quotations, proverbs, and prayers in the new collection.
